All bookings are subject to availability.

We cannot except bookings from persons less than 18 years old.

The apartment does not allow pets or smokers and single sex bookings are not taken.

A deposit of 25% is required by cheque to reserve your booking.  The balance plus £100 ’Good Housekeeping Bond’ must be paid one calendar month prior to arrival by cheque.

The £100 will be returned after your stay providing no serious damage is incurred to the property.

A fair assessment will be made for small damages or losses. If the property is not left as you found it and extra house keeping costs are incurred your cheque will be altered accordingly.

If losses or damages exceed the £100 then you will be charged the difference.

For all late bookings full payment must be sent immediately.

Regretfully after full payment, if a cancellation is made and the property not re-let your payment will be non-refundable.

All deposits are non-refundable.

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility or liability for any personal injury sustained by any person, or damage to or loss of any property brought to the premises including your vehicle in the car park.
